The access to the inside of the building is done by code, which will be assigned when the rental contract of your Box is signed. Your Box has access by padlock, to which only the tenant will have access.
Our prices start from 9,95 euros per square meter, but depends on the total space of the box.
We have a Space Calculator on our website for each of our Boxes. The easiest thing is always to visit our facilities and we will be happy to show you the Boxes that suit your needs.
We have no binding period, but the payments are monthly, so you can enjoy our space for at least 30 days.
The first payment is made in cash or by bank transfer and subsequent payments shall be made by direct debit. Exceptionally, in agreement with ExtraBox, the payment of subsequent rents can be made by bank transfer before the 1st of each month.
